How brand mention tracking works

Brand Mention Tracking Agency keeps the workflow simple: you approve prompts and models, we execute the runs, analysts validate the findings, and you get a report you can share internally.

1. Intake

You send priority prompts, markets, competitors, and which models to stress-test. We confirm feasibility against the package you purchased.

2. Scheduled runs

We fire the prompt battery on the assistants you scope—for example ChatGPT (GPT-5.2), Claude Opus 4.5 / Sonnet 4.5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Perplexity Sonar Pro, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, Meta AI on Llama 4.1, Grok 4, and any additional routes you add in onboarding.

3. Analysis

Mentions, citations, sentiment, and competitive displacement are normalized into a single scorecard. Analysts sanity-check outliers before delivery.

4. Report & next steps

You receive the analysis report with source-level evidence. Optional follow-on engagements cover content, outreach, or ongoing monitoring—scoped separately.

What standard packages include—and what we scope separately

Transparency matters: tracking delivers evidence and recommendations. It does not replace publisher relationships, platform policies, or guaranteed timelines on work we do not control.

  • Included in typical tracking engagements: Prompt design aligned to your brief, scheduled runs on agreed assistants, archived outputs where permitted, mention and citation scoring, competitive context, analyst-reviewed reporting, and prioritized next steps your teams can execute.
  • Outside default tracking scope: Control over third-party sites or AI vendors, promises that an assistant will rewrite an answer on demand, fixed turnaround on outreach or legal review, or ongoing reputation management retainers unless contracted separately.
  • Available as follow-on work: Content refreshes, publisher or partner outreach, crisis workflows, extended monitoring cadences, and custom integrations—scoped and priced after your measurement baseline exists.
